Even I could not make this up – this is actually what Britney wore to go get coffee. The swarms of paparazzi is just an accessory.
Speaking of Brit, witz.org has been slaving over Britney’s “Piece of Me” remixer on MTV. Really. So give it some love.

Hey witz.org, What is that “Music is My Boyfriend” song in the Apple iPod Touch (not iPhone) commercial?
Answer: Why, random websurfer, it’s the song “Music Is My Hot, Hot Sex” by the band Cansei De Sexy, better known as CSS. Check out the music video above….

Yes, Chloë Sevigny dressed as Joan of Arc for Halloween, but the gossip rags are missing the crucial element of her costume – the Walkman – which ties the whole costume into a sly reference to The Smiths‘ amazing song Bigmouth Strikes Again, with the lyric:
And now I know how Joan of Arc felt
Now I know how Joan of Arc felt, oh
As the flames rose to a roman nose
And her walkman started to melt

Just in time for Halloween, it’s an extra special Christopher Walken treat – The Christopher Walken Mask!
Your child will likely be scarred for life going as Walken, but hey, it’s free!

Keeping with our tradition of supporting our supporters, witz.org friend and occasional contributer, Mr. Tim Soter, is having a photo exhibition that you should all attend. It’s at the infamous Other Music, subject of the best Human Giant skit, ever.
Details and another Tim Soter photo after the jump…

Red Sox heading back to World Series after downing Cleveland Indians
…wow, witz.org sure got that one wrong, eh?

People may rag on witz.org for being fans of the Arizona Diamondbacks (sample quip: “All that history, stretching back to 1998!”), but we will take the D’Backs anyday over the Boston Red Sox.
Despite their 2004 World Series Win, the Bo’Sox fans are usually happiest when losing, so they have something to complain bitterly AND endlessly. Which leads us to Red Sox outfielder Manny Ramirez‘s recent comments about the teams 3-1 deficit in the ALCS:
“If it doesn’t happen, who cares?” Ramirez said Wednesday afternoon. “There’s always next year. It’s not like it’s the end of the world.”
Awesome Manny! With comments like that, we’ll take our expansion team over the “gang of idiots”.
Plus, BOB is nicer than Fenway.

A good friend of witz.org, the talented Rob Hill, has asked us to do our worst and spread the kind word about his latest project, Naked Ambition: An R-rated Look at an X-rated Industry in which he helped edit and write with photographer Michael Grecco.
Described as “a behind-the-scenes look at the multi-billion dollar porn industry“, which is enough of a teaser for us! Plus, the talent involved in the book is staggering – Larry Flynt, Dave Navarro, Jenna Jameson, Tera Patrick and even the old hedgehog himself, Ron Jeremy.
Buy Naked Ambition, the book comes out November 15, 2007.

Outside the Black & White) bar in the LES the other night, this woman decided to pose for a photographer wearing very little. She was done up with some weird body paint scheme (link potentially NSFW).
The point? None, beyond nudity, which helps traffic, and pointing out that iPhone camera occasionally comes in handy.
