NYC Graffiti: Not for kids anymore

According to the New York Daily News, as of January 1st: “People younger than 21 are now banned from possessing spray paint, permanent, broad tip markers and etching instruments in a law aimed at rubbing out graffiti.”

What’s a kid to do? The law seems to be a bit harsh in our opinion, and obviously the opinionated tagger in the photo above thought so too.

Mumford added: “Next thing you know, today’s youth will be singing to Sergeant Krupke about how they try so hard to be good…”
